Clip+ freezes with "Scanning disk..."

Installed RB 3.8 with automatic installer. No errors appeared, but something went wrong. OF stopped booting when pressing rewind button together with power or when plugging USB cable. Sansa logo appears, then after about 25 seconds timeout "Refreshing your media" appears. It goes for about 10%, reboots and everything repeats. PC doesn't find any device, when I connect the player. MicroSD presence affects nothing.
So I had internal memory inaccessible. I tried to copy a folder from microSD card to int. memory, but got some error message, can't remember the text. It started with "Panic! ...".
Rebooted the player and now RB doesn't start. "Scanning disk..." appears and the player freezes.
Could you give me any advices?

Hey ferranox,

I know it not might be the most elegant solution, but try to format your player and start installing rockbox and the bootloader from scratch. Rockbox 3.8 had some issues, but 3.8.1 should work without problems.

Does your computer recognize your player if it's shut down and you plug it in?

I hope you can enjoy your rockboxed clip+ again.

pc doesn't find player, because rockbox doesn't have usb support and I have to start original firmware, but it doesn't start!

Reboot into the sandisk firmware and check the disk for errors.

So when you tried to reboot into the Sandisk firmware, what happened?

I mean rebooting into the sandisk firmware.  You don't need the computer to recognize anything, and you won't be using a computer at all. 

Did you actually try that?  If so, explain what happened.

99% sure its hold left while booting.  If that doesn't work, check the manual.
