radio reception on clip+ worse than original firmware with a clicking noise :(

I use custom build with  the signal strength/stereo indicator removed, that fixes the problem.  I posted it in the custom builds part of the forum but no one seemed interested, so I never updated it.  I can post a patch on the tracker.

I would appreciate the patch.  I have the radio ticking problem on Clip+ with any build from official stable releases to my own custom build from git master this week.

Well that's me stuck then. Does it affect the latest builds as I'm running 3.11.2? If it's gone from the builds I'll change it, if not I'll wait.

EDIT: Tried the lastest build and the clicking has gone, so pleased

PS. The build I downloaded and installed at the weekend (can't remember the number) had the clicking stopped as the stereo/mono indicator removed but I have just installed build 4bef502 and the clicking is back as the signal strength indicator is operating again. Is this something reactivated as you are doing some work to fix it?

Agree 3.13 on Sansa Clip + FM clicks madly.  That was > 1 yr ago when I first tried.  Today tried development build 37f95f6-161027 and clicks still there.  I have not followed this thread in detail but it sounded as if a fix is possible.  I'm happy to test it if a message is posted here of its availability.
