Edit the configuration from the Rockbox utility

I was thinking about this in the past as well, and it would be a nice feature. However, it's not that easy as it sounds initially: how is Rockbox Utility supposed to know about the supported options, and how should it be able to use the correct option set matching for the build on your player? Since the options are defined in source code which uses conditional compiling a lot the supported options vary between players, and even the values available vary. Same is true for different versions of Rockbox. If we have a way to easily provide this editing itself shouldn't be hard to do.
Feel free to work on it, I would happily review patches.

Another possibility to adjust the settings on your PC and knowing which are available is using a Clipv2 simulator and then you can simply use the simulator's config.cfg on your target. If I remember correctly, there are prebuilt sims (for Windows) available from rasher's site linked from the "extras" page.
