Virtual keyboard does not work in Hebrew if you can fix it, and can i block the activation of the device by a password?

No, there's no mechanism to lock the screen in SVN. There's a patch here:
http://www.rockbox.org/tracker/task/10188

Read the notes, as it's not really a robust security feature.
