Any ideas to make this work?

Since your posting in the Rockbox Utility forum: make it work as in integrating uploading support in Rockbox Utility? I'm not sure if Rockbox Utility should do that, but if someone implements it ...

As for other tools, since we don't provide them we also don't support them here. If you have Problems with QTScrobbler and LogScrobbler please use the support channels of those programs.
