Sansa fuze 2: crashes when inserting songs into 'now playing' list

hi,
this is concerning a problem i'm having with rockbox on my fuze2 player. If this is the incorrect forum please let me know and i'll move this post.

I've just bought sansa fuze 2 and installed rockbox 3.8 on it.
i've noticed that in some cases, if i go to a specific artist -> long select -> insert / insert shuffeled / play next
i get the 'white screen of death', saying:

Data abort
at 3001AC9C
FSR 0x8
(domain 0, fault 8 )
address 0xB017F930

(the 'address' part changes from one case to the other)
if i go to the same artist -> 'all tracks' -> insert / insert shuffeled / play next works fine.

i've noticed that I can't find any rules for when it'll crash. just seems like random artists will always crash, and others will not. only thing I could find is that it's more likely to crash when an artist has 2 or less albums (but that's not ALWAYS the case...)

Is this a known bug or am I missing something here? any help would be appriciated.

It sounds the same as in this bugreport: Flyspray #11655 (also see "Flyspray" box in the left hand side of the menu).

Maybe you can add your findings there.
