Exiting plugins

Could some body help me out here. I have an Ipod 4g greyscale and cant figure out how to exit plugins without turning the player off. I went through the rockbox manual for it but couldn't find anything. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Most of the keys and key combinations are described in Chapter 11 of the manual (Plugins).
