If it's "Does Doom work on the c200", then yes, it does. Read the manual entry for the Doom plugin here:

If you're asking about WADs, then here's your answer: WADs that are compatible with PrBoom *should* work, but there are a few odd WADs that simply don't. But please don't ask us where to get WADs; that's Google's job.
