Sansa Fuze v1 - Old Bootlader?

Hi,
Due to a range of problems with the latest 3.7.1 Rockbox, I'm trying to reinstall version 3.5 as it worked flawlessly. I've found the 3.5 release itself from the previous releases, but I can't find the old bootloader anywhere. The Fuze bootloader online is from summer 2010, newer than version 3.5, and won't work.  :-\
Does anyone know where I could find a 3.5-compatible bootloader?

I don't see one on the server, so you'll likely have to recompile it from SVN.

Why are you assuming that the current bootloader can't load 3.5?
