Philips HDD6320/05 - Installation problems

Hello,

I am having severe difficulty in installing Rockbox to my Philips Go Gear. I have followed the manual installation procedure but, it just boots to the Philips standard firmware. I have tried pressing the volume + button but, this makes no difference.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

How did you install? You're posting in the Rockbox Utility forum which should indicate that you used it, but you're talking about manual install.

Thanks for your email. Sorry for posting in the wrong area.  I formatted the player, and re-installed it manually, and Rockbox now boots up.

However, I do still have a problem. Rockbox will allow me to go in to an album but, when I select play nothing happens. I have removed, and re-installed the music / Rockbox firmware but the problem still exists, and idea why, and how to fix?
