Proper charging method Sanza e250v2

I cannot tell from the manual the proper way to charge my device.  It never charges more than about 60%, even if I leave it on the USB cable overnight.  The lock switch causes very different operation, but charging progress is similar regardless of position.  It does not seem as if it should be difficult!

saratoga:
It'll charge automatically whenever you have it connected to power.  If its not charging past 60%, theres probably an issue with your battery or whatever power source you're using to charge it.
