learning about JTAG

Hi all,

How to start with JTAG? I would like to learn so i bought this JTAG interface: http://www.amontec.com/jtagkey2p.shtml

I don't have any device, so i will buy one: which device can you advice me to start working on?
Is the JTAG pinout of the Sansa Fuze+ available? I want to contribute :-)

Do you want to learn how to code µCs, or do you want to start with a mp3player and rockbox directly?
