converting old themes to current rockbox

I'd like to convert my old theme Klean V4 which are usable only on release 3.6
to the latest rockbox version.

Where can I download the skin updater program to do this? Also will it convert thoroughly or do I still have to manually tweak?

There is (somewhere, I don't remember where to download) a theme updater command-line tool for Windows.
Perhaps you'll still need to tweak some things manually (for example, the elapsed time track progress bar might not show the elapsed time, you'll have to put the progressbar on its own viewport.

EDIT:

The syntax is: skinupdater wps_name.<ext> wps_new_name.<ext>
Where <ext> == .fms, .sbs or .wps
Update your .fms, .sbs, and .wps files separately.
