Just Wondering...

Hallo, I am wondering what the status/development of having rockbox on the players Sansa View und Microsoft Zune are. When I looked up on the main rockbox site what status of them are, the Sansa View does not seem anything has been done on it in 2 years, and 3 years for the Microsoft Zune...
Has anything really been done since then? I am just wondering...

The wiki and the thread in the New Ports forum are it - if nothing has been added then nothing has been done.

- On a plus note, it seems the gigabeat s has unstable port and apparently the Zune has some Hardware similar to it...so this may help...
- I think I Read somewhere too that the sansa View also has similar hardware to the e200's...hm.

Well, I Hope One Day work will Start up again in These targets...

Hm. If rockbox will come to the google android As an App, maybe Ipod's will also Be considered to have rockbox As App?

I doubt it.  They're old players with little interest in them.  If you want to run rockbox (and aren't interested in porting it to a new device yourself) you should buy a player that runs rockbox.

And if I recall the View is the newest ( newer than the fuze...) from sansa... It also Seems futureshop still selling fuzes/ Clips from sansa...
...but yea... Your right... Probably Not ...Little interest , ja...
Edit: Hm. If I was Looking for an mp3 that supports rockbox... It would Need the Best quality fm Recording... Possibly good prozessor, but I Need fm Recording formost because I Listen to the Radio alot...
