How to keep 'no artwork' conditional viewport from briefly appearing?

Right, that's what *I* do.  I always have album art so the non-album-art code is unused and unnecessary -- why have it on my player?  Not unbelievably broken to me.  That's part of the beauty of being able to edit themes or create one's own.

I'm not recommending that themes be uploaded to the Themes page without provision for no album art.
