4GB SD card not recognized by Sansa e260v1

Windows 7 sees both the internal memory and the 4GB SD card on my Sansa e260 v1 but RB only see the internal memory. Is there a fix?

EDIT: It was formatted in NTFS. DOOOOHHHH! FAT works fine.

So you mean the card appears when you plug it into USB, but doesn't get mounted when you disconnect USB?
