I have d/l'ed the necessary files, but I am unable to find .bin file when prompted. I think it may have to do with the OF d/ling as a .exe.
Can RB be installed on v2 using a Mac? If so, how do I find the fuze.bin file?
Found it. Thanks. For anyone else in a similiar situation, you will want to download the file for "All Regions", not the Sansa Firmware Updater.
Once downloaded, you will have a folder named fuze02, in which you will find the fuzpa.bin file.

I think this can be a bit confusing but it's Sandisks site after all.True, but the Rockbox manual should make mention of this on v2 so it is made clear.QuoteOnce downloaded, you will have a folder named fuze02, in which you will find the fuzpa.bin file. This is not entirely correct -- that folder "fuze02" is created by Mac OS X. This is a known behaviour of OS X (it will always create a folder with the basename of the zip and extract all contents into that folder) that can be quite annoying (if the zip file is packaged "properly" and contains its files into a separate folder). On Windows you only have two files in the archive, no folder.
