fonts in rockbox

Hi 2 all. First of all, sorry for my bad english.
My trouble is next: i have a font in .fnt format. But it's too big, for my Ipod nano, so I want to make it smaller. The question is, can I make it in the Windows ? (Rockbox Font Converter is only for *nix systems). May be there is a soft, that could re-size .fnt font, or convert .ttf to .fnt
P.S: alsow, I have the same font, in .ttf format.
