as soon i turn on my 5.5 gen 30gb ipod rockbox give  ''Data abort at 000000004 (0)'' message and than nothing.

i can't connect it to computer, cannot resart it, can do nothing,

urgent help plz....

Hard reset it and boot the OF so that you can access the disk again then you can try the usual checks (check the filesystem, maybe upgrade RB, etc.)
Consult the manual for instructions on how to do this.

Same problem with a 5th gen. ipod video. Latest build was used.

edit- What should I be checking the file system for?

Checked file system for errors. None found. So, I hard reset and booted into the original firmware(how-to found in section 3.1.3 of manual). Once my ipod was recognized I opened up itunes and removed everything that I had loaded onto the ipod through it. I also uninstalled the bootloader via ipodpatcher.exe and deleted the rockbox folder from the ipod. I then copied the rockbox folder back over to the ipod and reinstalled the bootloader. After all of this, I dragged/dropped my albums onto the ipod a few at a time. Database indexed fine this time. Hope this helps...

edit- I also increased my "max files in dir browser" setting (General Settings -> System -> Limits) to 3000
