Hi im new here so I don't know much. I was wondering if there was a Atari 2600 emulator. You would think that it would be the easiest to make.

Theres no such emulator.  You're welcome to look into how hard it would be to make.

On the contrary, an Atari 2600 emulator is actually rather difficult to program. I'll let Wikipedia explain why: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atari_2600#Emulation

Now take what that link says, and think of what you're programming on: an embedded system with limited power. You're welcome to try the patch linked above, but as mentioned, it's rather old and may need a *hell* of a lot of work to get up to speed again.
