problems with field width specification in tagnavi formats

What can possibly be wrong with the attached file that "%-128.128s" format does not produce constant width field to be stripped but used for sorting.

BTW. Is there any way to force reloading of tagnavi.config upon USB detachment without a reboot.
WTF. %strip doesn't work any more too.
