Price, why else? My 2nd hand nano has lasted 5 years as well so what's your point?

Squishy:
Finally got my 6g working tonight, pretty neat so far. Do the current themes work on this or am I stuck(not complaing) with the default theme?

Hey guys,

Great work on the iPod Classic port (running a 1G 80GB). So far it has been working great, with some minor glitches. Up until now I did not have any problems, that where unsolvable with a reboot. However, now the emBIOS menu tells me the following:

--- Code: ---Rockbox does not seem to be installed. You need to extract it to the root directory of your iPod.

Press any key to return to the menu.

--- End code ---

How would I go about fixing this? I can get into the UMSboot function I can get it to show up in Windows (7 x64), but I only see the UMSboot folder(?), which is 63.9 MB if I remember correctly. Is there another way to show everything that is on the HDD, so I can unpack Rockbox again?

Thanks in advance,

Nick

You should be able to launch the Rockbox fallback image via emCORE's "Tools" menu.
After that, connect via USB and extract a new build as normal.

AtaraxiaNZ:
I'm having a bit of trouble with my 160gb (Thick model) Classic 1g. I can install the Emcore firmware, but when I open the fallback Rockbox image and connect the iPod to my PC it comes up as Removable Disk G: with 0 bytes of space. So I can't copy the rockbox file, or anything else for that matter

I know this is very alpha software but can anyone help me?
