I need to load OF first on my Sansa Clip+

You don't actually have to browse by folder in Rockbox.  You can use the database, in which case you will see your music by artist, album or any other pattern you prefer.

We use m3u playlists, which WMP also uses, so i guess you probably need to save the playlist in WMP as an m3u file and put it on your player.  Never really used WMP though so I can't say how to do that.

If you're using the OF then you're actually browsing through a database in that firmware, not the file system, so why not also use the Database in Rockbox?

Yeah, the database is more friendly to use, but I can't figure out how to set the menu to start there.

I actually use WMP all the time, hence, the desire to want an easy way to sync my playlists with Rockbox as I was with the OF.

Also, all those ## directories are created by the Sansa firmware.  You can delete them, but when you next boot the OF it'll recreate them.

Thanks for the link.  Now that I know how to start on the database, I just need to figure out an easy way to sync my playlists.
