Momentary display of filename before display of tag

I notice that the filename appears in the WPS just for a moment before the tagged songname appears.  Is the action intentional?  Perhaps a method of displaying a track/songname in case the file isn't tagged at all?

I think the behavior has been this way since first using Rockbox about three years ago.

I would suppose it's not exactly intentional, but it's not really avoidable either.

IIUC this happens because there are both true and false sections in the condition and before the "true" section is known to be true it is considered false.
