Well, the iPodLinux page has instructions for how to create the EXT2 partition and filesystem. I'm not an expert on that part. www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodInstallation contains the full instructions for the rest of the installation process ("Step 2")

The Wiki probably won't have installation instructions for iPod linux beyond what I gave here, since it's a separate project, and has its own set of instructions. The key is merely having the third partition set up for it and having that one file in the root.
