full screen applications - how to exit to menu?

Hi guys, sorry for a dumb question.. I have an Ipod video, istalled rockbox.. Thanks for your hard work guys! But I don't know how to exit from full screen applications (that use all buttons) or go to menu..

What about games in default package? plugins/games/chessbox or doom for example?
