For theme development, how do you view the fonts that are loaded on the Fuze?  Is there a demo or utility program to do this?

You can install the font pack the extra link on the side of your web browser or via rbutil.

Ok, I've already done that from the Rockbox Utility.  That's all of them?

How do I preview them on the device (Sansa Fuze)?

Select them from settings --> theme settings --> fonts  (or similar, I guessed the names).

Use rasher's (one of the dev's) webpage on Rockbox fonts:  http://rasher.dk/rockbox/fontstats/

The table shows you which fonts contain which characters, and if you click on the font name itself a .png of the actual glyphs loads.

How does Rockbox manage fonts?  At startup does it load all fonts in the fonts directory, or does it only load them when needed?

Since many font files are much larger then the total memory on many devices, it just loads individual characters when needed, and keeps a cache of recently used ones.

Could you add some more fonts of size 13 or 14, which imho provide the best readability for the Sansa Fuze?
