I can't exit Doom

I loaded Doom on my Sansa Clip+, and now I can't exit the game or turn off the player.  Help!

Are you saying that the button for accessing the InGame Menu isn't working?

Did you try holding the off button down for 15+ seconds?

Have you tried the power button as indicated by the manual?

I don't think the emergency hardware-controlled forced poweroff should be the first step for something that might be as simple as not finding the right button to use.

Yeah I did that too, but I searched Google a bit to find that the buttons you have to press are power, up, center, center, and that'll do it unless there's something else wrong
