Sansa Clip V2- I can't see my files when player is plugged in

I have downloaded and installed rockbox (m30pa BIN file) on my Sansa Clip v2 (V02.01.35A). The software itself works fine on the player, but when I plug it into the computer none of the files that where on the player before I installed rockbox show up. I also cannot see any new recordings created with the new rockbox software.

IIRC you can't see files added in MTP mode while in MSC mode, so if you added them in MTP mode before you'll need to delete them in MTP mode and readd them.
