Sansa clip+ reverts to original firmware after connected to computer

Using the Rockbox Utility I have installed Rockbox successfully onto my new clip+. It runs beautifully. However, after I plug it into my computer and unplug it, the firmware always reverts to the original firmware and I have to reinstall Rockbox again. I used a firmware ".bin" file from http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=51524 during the installation. I did install the sansa firmware updater prior to installing rockbox, but I uninstalled it after the first time the firmware was changed. This puzzles me to no end. Does anyone have a suggestion?
