problem with copy from card

when i copy music from card to my player (in copy of rockbox) the music not play good

Generally you should provide as much information as possible (like what revisioin of Rockbox you are using and which player you have).  The phrase "singer is very low" could mean either tone or volume.  If I assume that you meant volume then it kind of sounds like you enabled karaoke mode:

I'm afraid this isn't more detailed.  Also, I assume you mean version 3.7.1?

Did you check if you have karaoke mode on like Chronon suggested?

You mentioned "tape running time," which makes me think that you mean that the pitch is low in certain songs.  Is this what you mean?
