Displaying Different Languages?

Hi,

I have question about if rockbox supports and can display different languages from the music files (eg. display the music titles like chinese, korean, japanese, etc), can someone answer or lead me in the right direction. I have the Toshiba Gigabeat F model with the 3.7v, thanks in advance.

Yes, but you'll need to use a font that supports those languages.  AFAIK Unifont should support everything, other fonts may or may not support the characters you want:
