Missing charakters in some themes (font problem)

Hey there,
I own Ipod Video 5,5, Rockbox 3.7.
I've got problem with some themes for instance Pen&Paper. When I apply theme, there are missing characters, i mean polish characters.

I understand that fonts used for example in Pen&Paper, Rockbox or iCatcher may have no these special characters, but my question is, wheather it is possible to fix?

The best solution for this issue would be to add in the missing characters you require to the font used in that theme and rebuild it.

Look in the docs index link to the left; there's a page there that explains how to work with and edit fonts.

I downloaded some original polish fonts, then converted them to .fnt with convbdf and otf2bdf.

Works perfectly.
