sansa fuse v2 cant run RB

ok so here's my problem
I have a sansa fuze v2 which is about one year old. I don't know what was the original firmware in it but now I have the 02.03.33 update in it. I've install RockBox in it with the rbutil and the folder .rockbox is in my fuze but when I open it, it still boot with the sansa firmware. and i'm using vista home premium 64 bits
can anyone help me with this

When you installed the bootloader, did it show the flashing firmware screen on your fuze?

if you mean when it was pluged in my computer, i don't know, i was looking at my screen
and if you mean after i unpluged it, it show normal sansa screen with library update thing

here's a screenshot i made of the folder of my fuze. Do anybody notice something that sould or shouldn't be there and that might make runbox unable to run.

Then repeat the process, this time taking note of it.

I am unsure if it is a bootloader I am downloading or ? I am following the instructions and it is not working
when I try to install the boatloader it gives an error on using the utility tool

Well going from that I'm going to assume the problem is that you didn't provide the right file when prompted.  Try reading the installation instructions, then run the installer again, and this time provide the firmware file it asks for.

I have tried to install RB on my machine multiple times via manual and via the utility. Is the anyway someone could send me the files to install. Thanks,

What error are you getting - Specifically.

If the files you reference are the sansa firmware for your product, I took a quick look via google and  sansa seems to be a good location for sansa files.
