Problem Sansa e200

Hello,

I have a problem with my Sansa e200. I installed RockBox but installation did not work. When I start my Sansa Rockbox does not display correctly. I tried to reinstall but my Sansa is not recognized under XP. It installs as a generic USB hub. What to do? thank you for your help.

Please give more information as with these information it's almost impossible to help you.

- how did you install Rockbox?
- which installation method did you use?
- what "not display correctly" mean exactly?

If you used Rockbox Utility please also post the System Trace. You can find that (and save the current and last one) via the Help / Troubleshoot / System Trace dialog.
