Release 3.7 Battery Life

Then post a battery bench with 3.7 and whatever build you think had longer battery life.

Without seeing a battery bench for both with identical settings etc., this is all speculation.

Probably, but would people even believe it if proper benchmark tests were carried out?
Lol, some people are very difficult to please.
Although I am fairly sure the life is less, the charging issue has unfortunately taken priority here.
