Bricked Clip v2 1Gb needs partitions
« on: November 08, 2010, 04:47:25 PM »
Hello,

After Rockbox install via RockboxUtility, everything seems OK, message on Clip was OK, and than Clip died (black screen, no power on, nothing). I opened it and shorted pins for recovery connection. Win XP recognize it - "UNDEF USB storage", but, I formated disk h:\  :o  (NAND flash) Now, I have little flash disk but not mp3 player...

After two days of attempts, I ask for help. ( I tweaked disk.inf so in XP I can see two partitions on flash... I know Clip v2 have hidden firmware partition... etc... etc... but nothing...)

I need help with partitioning little "flash disk" for recover Sansa Clip v2 1Gb... (maybe dump of system partition, or FAT, or...)

Thanks in advance!
