Volume lock for car use

Will be a very useful function if it's add on, for me at least. Many times when I skip a track while driving, accidentally the volume turn up or down.

If the car isnt stopped (so you can actualy take your eyes of the road) you really shuoldnt be fiddling with the DAP. No, this wont be added.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.
