Thats weird.  I'd guess something is wrong with the VM image or your install.  Maybe try using the vm image we provide, or installing ubuntu from scratch.

Could you point me to the VM image you mentioned?

I finally had some time to check out the build I made. My goal was to change the USB ID so my new car head unit would not try to treat it as an iPod. That worked but after playing around with the version I built for a while, I found that it would not process WPS settings. No matter what I give it, the WPS doesn't change from the default. Of course, reverting to a previous version enables WPS settings once again so something must be wrong with my build.  Any idea what I should be looking at/for in the build process?
