My beloved Nano 1 gen. (which has superb Rockboxed Soundcapabilities) has a defect Skip Button "-->". So is there a possibiliy to exchange the "Play" and the "-->" Button?

You will need to set up (if you haven't already got one set up) a development environment for Rockbox and compile your own build, but yes, this is certainly possible.

Have a look at apps/keymaps/keymap-ipod.c in the Rockbox source code after setting up your development environment and checking out the source.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.
