[Sansa Clip+] Cusom FM region/band?

Rockbox allows using few fixed FM radio bands called "Regions".
Is any possibility to create custom FM band to get frequencies which aren't available in predefined bands?

Not without editing the source code then compiling.

The clip+ can come with either a si4702 tuner chip or an rda5802 tuner chip. The si4702 can only do the 88-108 band and the 76-90 Japanese band. The rda5802 can additionally tune into the 65-76 MHz OIRT band.

The 88-108 band and the 76-90 band seem to be supported by all fm tuner chips used in rockbox, I think it's unlikely we'll ever officially support any other bands.
