Advice on changing battery (H10 20GB)

ok, rock box is working.

i have the other question. my battery after 4 years of using is almost broken. i need to the new one. could you tell me abaut change this battery? is  it very complicated? ill do this by my self? i have found this batteries. are they good for iriver h10 20gb?you see battery 2200 mAh. is it the same size as battery 1700 mAh? on the photo batery 1700mAh is looking smaller...

It appears you intended to include a link to the battery you found, but nothing came through.  Do you mind linking to the battery in question?  There's not much help we can offer w/o these specifics.
