RB Utility Faster Talk File Generation (skip existing)

Idea:
Tickbox to skip making talk files for folders/files that already have0 talk files.

Experience:
Every time I change my music collection, I may make small changes here and there, when I select the root music folders the RB utility processes all of the folders and files every time, and then overwrites all the already existing talk files.

How about enabling the "Create only new Talkfiles" option? Or do you want to say that this option isn't working as expected?

Oh, sorry about that.
I think I noticed the option before, but forgot about it.
Generating/copying talk files seemed to take equally long with just a few albums vs doing about 20 albums.

I've just tested on my player (after doing the talk files previously)
It seems to be working as expected.
Maybe it was just my imagination.
