1: Does it support video playback?

A theme has no way of influencing playback whatsoever, so...yes.

2: Is it the closest to the original firmware?

Yes, quite certainly.

You are quite correct, the .sbs and .wps update at different rates. So the maximum speed an animation can refresh is affected.

I didn't think the pm went through. Sorry about the double question.
I just ordered a iPod nano so I can have a smaller iPod video and I am new to Rockbox. The download says 3.7 but will it work with 3.8? The only reason I would want the 3.8 is to use the FM radio remote.

Yes, it is compatible with the 3.8 Release.

If you do notice any problems with the theme (I do not expect any), start a thread specific to them in the Theming and Customization sub-forum.
