iPod 4G,iPod FM radio remote not decteced

sinless:
iPod 4G,iPod FM radio remote not decteced,I have try two 4G, two Remote,RB 3.6 and r28206,none work,in the debug menu always HW decteced:NO
accessroies power supply has enable.and remote works fine with apple os,of course the two remote can work with RB on ipod 5G
