Nano 2g Database update Bug - PLEASE HELP

Has any one had this problem before ? I have the iPod Nano 2nd gen

1. I restore the iPod using ITunes.
2. I then install the latest version of iLoader found here http://theseven.freemyipod.org/iloader/installation.php
3. I Then install the latest version of Rockbox r28205
4. I Restart the ipod and all works fine

This is where it goes hay-wire.

5. I transfer some music MP3's to the ipod
6. as soon as I update the database in RockBox it stats it must reboot to take affect as soon as I reboot I get this

Could not load iLoader theme. It was probably deleted. Please choose an option below:

Uninstall iLoader
Enter disk mode
Quit iLoader
Power Off

I cant get into Disk mode but have to uninstall iloader and start all over again

Please could some one help

We don't support iloader, only the Rockbox bootloader.
