So this morning I headed out for a run and all my tracks disapeared!

I can brows all my folders, but they appears empty on my Sansa. I've been using rockbox for about 6 months.

I just plugged it into my PC and all the tracks are there. My sansa running rockbox just refuses to list any MP3 files I've copied over in the past.

Any reason why my mp3 files aren't being listed?

You probably changed the show files setting by accident.
