using rockbox with a docking station

I have a Sansa e250 with Rockbox firmware on it. I LOVE Rockbox over the Sansa interface. I'm about to get my wife probably the same device (e250), but she plans to use it a little differently. She wants to use it in her office. To do this, she wants to be able to dock the mp3 player in some sort of system that has speakers so it will play the music like a normal stereo.

I have found a system that will fit her needs. The Altec Lansing inMotion iM413 Portable Audio System designed for these Sansa systems. I would like to load Rockbox on it as well, but will this audio system work with a Rockbox loaded Sansa player? 

I know my other option is to simply get some sort of portable stereo that also has an AUX input jack. Having rockbox would then not be a problem (& I'm still considering this), but would like to maybe use this Altec Lansing system if possible.

Audio will play through the dock connector, but you won't be able to use any sort of remote in rockbox.
