Sansa e200v2 stuck in reboot loop (was: I need your help...)

Hi all,

I think I did something wrong with my wife's e260v2 and I really need your expert's help...

I installed the Rockbox 3.6 using the Rockbox Utility and succeeded, the device is working after the firmware upgrade.

BUT... When trying to connect it again to the PC, it refuses to connect. The device is always shutdown and restarts in circles and of course the PC doesn't see it as a drive.

CAN SOMEONE HELP???

Confuseling:
Can you boot into the original firmware? The manual will tell you the key to hold whilst turning it on to do this - on my Clip it's 'home'.

frecupido:
Boot up by holding down the <<< button.   ( <<< button + menu  button  )  Reboot problem is cause boot loader version  on release 3.6   I've heard that this will be resolved in version 3.7
Note: Battery charging is faster with the sansa loader.

You're running an old build (probably 3.6) with a newer bootloader.  Either:

1) update to the current build
or
2)  grab and manually install the old bootloader from the download server
or
3)  boot into the OF manually before plugging in the USB cable
