Scrolling in Absolute Point Mode - thank you

I just tried the new scrolling behaviour of r28145-r28147 on my D2.

Time to thank Thomas Martitz and Dustin Skoracki:
well done - now it's real fun scrolling through the menu lines. The handling of the menu got much more easier.

These are the small improvements increasing the fun factor of rockbox a lot.
